Combining a fine arts background, a Masters in Education and many years as Canada’s leading cake designer, Bonnie Gordon has created these classes to enable students to fast-track their studies in the confectionary arts. The classes focus on teaching the fine art of cake design in a highly creative, hands-on environment with emphasis being placed on the development of individual creative expression.

Each of our components have been designed to offer our students access to the most current techniques and highly qualified instructors.
