Welcome to the Bonnie Gordon School of Cake Design! We offer classes for adults and teens looking for fun and creative learning experiences as well as courses for aspiring cake designers and professionals wishing to upgrade technique and design skills. Our classes are open to everyone regardless of skill or background and new students may sign up for any beginner level class offered.

For those wishing to pursue a full time career in cake design we offer the “Certificate in Professional Cake Design” and the “Designing with Chocolate” certificates.

Cancellation Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all classes. The balance is to be paid one week prior to the start of the first class with the exception of cheques which must be received two weeks prior to the start of the first class. If you do not attend the class you are registered for, your deposit will be forfeited. 7 days notice is required for class cancellations upon which a credit note will be issued which may be applied to future classes or supplies within a 6 month period. We do not provide makeup classes for missed sessions. Should a class be cancelled a full refund will be offered.
