 Description:
This fun hands-on workshop is designed for the hobbyist as well as aspiring cookie designers! Everyone loves cookies; they are the perfect treat for all occasions ranging from birthdays to weddings and even afternoon snacks! Offered in both a 2 part evening workshop or one day intensive; each student will learn how to bake and decorate the following cookie creations; stacked cookie cakes, lollipop cookies and a seasonal selection of cookie shapes ready for your imagination!
Day 1: Focus will be on testing cookie recipes, mixing and rolling out the dough to an even thickness, correct baking techniques & tips to ensure perfect results!
Day 2: You will apply your creative skills as you experiment and explore the differences between fondant and royal icing techniques. Each student will bring home 4 distinct and different cookie creations based on seasonal shapes and themes.

Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all classes. If paying by cheque, it must be received two weeks prior to the start of the first class. Students are responsible for ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts when enrolling in two or more classes. If you do not attend the class you are registered for, your payment will be forfeited. 7 days notice is required for class cancellations upon which a credit note will be issued and may be applied to future classes within a 6 month period. We do not provide makeup classes for missed sessions. Should a class be cancelled a full refund will be offered. |
